You can both order online and choose ‘click & collect’ or pop into one of our cleaning & catering equipment stores.

DUE TO COVID-19: Our Bristol Trade Counter will be closed during lockdown, but we are still offering a click/call/email & collect facility up to 4pm Mon-Fri for orders placed before 3.30pm.
Our Bristol cleaning & catering equipment trade counter offers same day ‘click & collect’, so if you need the goods in a hurry and order at www.pattersons.co.uk, we will have your order picked and packed by the time you arrive, saving you time and hassle. We offer next day collection at our West Midlands and Devon cleaning & catering supplies depots when you select the ‘click & collect’ option. Or if you wish to collect your cleaning supplies, bar & catering products on the same day visit our trade counters at our depots in Rochdale and Redditch.
To order your bar products, cleaning supplies and catering equipment just log on to your account or create a new account on-line. At the checkout select ‘Click & Collect’ and decide which site to collect your cleaning & catering supplies from and the date you will be in. Then just settle the order via credit card or on your Pattersons’ credit account.
Collection is available from 8:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday from any of our depots.
